TECLAM Diamond Liquids and PoliLam Diamond Compounds have been formulated using a blend of high quality green and user-friendly chemicals to produce a stable reliable product that allows for an extremely easily cleaning process.

TECLAM Diamond Liquids and POLILAM Diamond Compounds are available with Monocrystalline and Polycrystalline diamond powders.

Our range :

• POLILAM type W/O DIAMOND COMPOUND.
  PoliLam type W/O Diamond Compound has been formulated to be an all purpose paste and can be used in most Superfinishing applications. It combines fast cutting and mirror finishes with very easy cleaning quality that comes from being soluble in both oil and water. W/O can be used with TECLAM ‘O’ and ‘W’ lubricating fluids.
  
  
• POLILAM type O DIAMOND COMPOUND.
  PoliLam type O Diamond Compound has been formulated with high performance synthetic and natural lubricants, making it the ideal choice for use on harder materials such as Tungsten Carbide and certain Ceramics where high temperature can develop.
  This special formulation will stay lubricated under extreme conditions and will not dry out as quickly as other compounds. Use with TECLAM ‘O’ lubricating fluid
  
  
• POLILAM type W DIAMOND COMPOUND.
  PoliLam type W Diamond Compound, are specially formulated to be soluble in water. A perfect answer for situations where it is not desirable to use oil based product. PoliLam W Diamond Compound demonstrates both excellent cutting and polishing capabilities combined with easy cleaning. Use with TECLAM ‘W’ lubricating fluids.
  
  
• TECLAM type E DIAMOND LIQUID.
  TECLAM type E Diamond Liquid is a Thixotropic low viscosity oil in a water emulsion, that will hold the dispersion of finer diamond grades longer thus reducing the need for constant agitation. The combination of purified water with hydrocarbons makes TECLAM Type E Diamond Liquid as environmentally friendly as possible, whilst retaining optimum lapping and polishing efficiency.
  
  
• TECLAM type O DIAMOND LIQUID.
  TECLAM type O Diamond Liquid is a low viscosity oil based diamond liquid. The hydrocarbon base of type ‘O’ is classified as neither an ozone depleter nor a VOC, making it environmentally friendly whilst retaining optimum lapping and polishing efficiency. In addition type ‘O’ contains additives that make the cleaning of lapping residue easy even in water based system
  
  
• TECLAM type W DIAMOND LIQUID.
  TECLAM type W Diamond Liquid is a low viscosity water based diamond liquid. Its blend of high quality raw materials have been selected to provide a lapping and polishing option for processes where oil-containing slurries cannot be used. Although type ‘W’ is water based it can still be used on ferrous components due to the addition to it formula of an advanced multimetal protection system.
  
  
• TECLAM DIAMOND SUSPENSION SP and SL.
  TECLAM Diamond Suspension is water based ‘thixotropic’ diamond suspension. The viscosity of the suspension will hold the diamond in constant suspension thus removing the need for mechanical stirring equipment. TECLAM Suspension is also ideally suited for the preparation of metallurgical specimens. The selection of safe ingredients in the TECLAM Suspension makes it user and environment friendly.
