Flatness check

	The flatness check carried out on your parts requires the use of a monochromatic lamp and an optical flat. Monochromatic lamps LAM PLAN monochromatic lamps stand out because of their 180° wide field of vision and their light which is produced by a low pressure sodium lamp.
	Flatness gauge For a fast and accurate inspection of your lapping plates, with a direct read-out of the measurement. Aaccuracy : 1µ Each unit includes : 1 surface plate, accuracy: 0.8µ 1 stabilised aluminium gauge 1 micron comparator 1 transport and storage case 1 manual with abacus and correspondence formulas.

Washing stands

The washing container is mounted on a base containing the decantation and pumping drums as well as the product’s circulation pump.

742 aqueous cleaning product

Diluted in 85 to 90% of water, according to the degree of soiling, the 742 product cleans the machine parts or components after a lapping operation with all LAM PLAN products. Its chemical formula makes it chlorine, fluorine and sulphur free. It is used in the LAM PLAN 8007 washing stand or in a basin with a sponge or a brush

Solvent cleaning product

Used pure in the LAM PLAN 8006 washing stand, it cleans lapping sludge after the use of Bio DIAMANT ® liquids series 130-140 and organic lapping oils.
