The shape of the poli-lapped part is extremely precise, in generally problematic cases edge wastage is reduced to the absolute minimum.

The quality of the finishing and the shine of the parts allow an immediate control of the surface as well in roughness as in flatness.

Cost savings for the lapping operation

The dosage and distribution unit allows the lapping slurry to be sprayed, with the exact consistency, in optimal quantities and at precise intervals on the plate. The precise metering of the lapping slurry allows you to control the production costs.
Furthermore, the quantity of waste residual is minimal thus the waste disposal expenses are kept down.
