We realise a process study for a specific application. This study is made according to a specifications sheet supplied by the customers or realised in collaboration with him.
This study will allow to define:

• equipment investment
• the purchases of consumables and calculations of costs
• the expenses of maintenance
• the expenses of training
• the productivity gains

The study is divided into 3 stages :

• preliminary Study of feasibility (free)
• Adjustment of the process, elaboration of assembly plans, definition of a polishing method, tests in laboratory, cost analysis and study of profitability.
• Training of the staff, started by the equipment.
